1961 Century Corsar

1961 Century Corsar came to us for a bottm replacement. We removed the bottom planks, replaced all bottom frames, keel,stem,chines, and a new laminated transom frame. The bottom side planks and transom planks were replaced. We then replaced the bottom battens and added a double layered plywood bottom. Thr bottom was then coated with three coats of epoxy sanded and a barrier coat was added before paint. We also added a ski tow and swim ladder.
The boat was then stripped sanded restained and varinshed.
This project and all others are glued together with WEST SYSTEM epoxy.
